Disable User Profiles (Windows 95/98/Me)
This setting can be used to disable the use of user profiles.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value, named "UserProfiles" and set it to equal "0" to disable user profiles.

Restart Windows for the change to take effect.

Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
