- Cut, Copy and Paste
For example to add the ability to Rename and Delete the Recycle Bin open [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder] and change the value of "Attributes" to "".
The changes should take effect immediately.
Note: On Windows XP this tweak changes the File menu not the context menu. Access the features by right-clicking "Explore" -> "File" -> Rename or Delete.
